WHAT WE COLLECT
When you shop with us we collect the details needed to process and deliver your order: your name, delivery address, phone number, email address and the items you ordered. Card payments are handled by the payment provider at checkout; we never see or store your full card number. Cash on delivery orders need only your contact and delivery details.
When you create an account, subscribe to our newsletter, join the creator programme, send a wholesale enquiry or message us on WhatsApp, we keep the details you give us so we can reply and serve you.
Our website runs on Wix, which collects technical information such as your IP address, browser, device type and the pages you visit, in order to run the site securely and keep it working.
COOKIES AND TRACKING
We use cookies and similar tools in three groups. Essential cookies keep the site, cart and checkout working and are always on. Analytics cookies (Google Tag) help us understand how visitors use the site. Marketing cookies (Meta/Facebook Pixel and Google Ads) help us measure our advertising and show relevant offers.
If you visit from the EU, EEA or UK, analytics and marketing cookies run only after you accept them in the consent bar shown on your first visit, and you can change your choice at any time with the fingerprint privacy icon at the bottom left of every page. If you visit from elsewhere, including the UAE, these cookies are set when you use the site; you can block or delete them in your browser settings.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data to process and deliver orders, handle returns and refunds, answer your questions, send order updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp, send our newsletter if you have subscribed, prevent fraud, and improve the website. We send marketing messages only when you have opted in, and every message has an unsubscribe option.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
We share only what each partner needs to do its job: Wix (website hosting and order management), our payment provider (card payments), our delivery partners in the UAE (name, address and phone number for delivery), and Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, only with your cookie consent). We do not sell your personal data.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order records are kept for as long as UAE commercial and tax rules require. Account details are kept until you close your account. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Enquiry messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.
YOUR RIGHTS
Under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email info@grmainternational.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Where a request affects an order in progress we will explain what we can and cannot delete.
CHILDREN
Our site is not aimed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
CHANGES
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new "last updated" date.
