Card payment is there too if you prefer it, but with cash on delivery you pay only when your parcel arrives.
Can I pay cash on delivery for makeup anywhere in the UAE?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE, in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

How much is delivery, and when is it free?
Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 or more and AED 20 below that. The delivery charge is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, then standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. You'll get an email as soon as your parcel is on its way.
If you need something urgently in Dubai, message us on WhatsApp at +971 55 967 8863 right after ordering and we'll tell you whether a faster courier slot is available.
Is there a discount if I pay cash on delivery?
The same offers apply however you pay. On orders of AED 200 or more, the code SAVE15 takes 15% off full-price items and we pack 2 free gifts with your order; it doesn't apply to items already on sale.
The code is added to your cart automatically once it reaches AED 200, or you can type it into the promo-code box.
Can I return makeup I paid for in cash?
Yes. Unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase, whichever way you paid.
Final-sale and clearance items can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no extra cost.
Are the products original?
Yes. Every product on goldenroseuae.com is original Golden Rose, supplied through GRMA International General Trading LLC in Dubai and shipped sealed.
Products are sealed, within their shelf life and stored in Dubai, so you receive exactly what the brand produces.
