SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery across the UAE

We deliver to all seven emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain. We currently ship within the UAE only.

Free delivery over AED 150

Delivery is free on orders of AED 150 or more. Orders under AED 150 pay AED 20 standard delivery. Below that, the delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available across the UAE. All payment methods are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery then takes 3–5 business days. You receive an email when your order ships.

Returns

You can return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Final-sale and clearance items can't be returned. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, faulty or not what you ordered.

Damaged or wrong items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we process the return.

Exchanges

Return the item, then place a new order for the product you want.
